yep I recon the purrrrrrrr noise is roughly translated as 'ahhhhhh blissssss' cause they make that sound when dust bathing with half open eyes looking as though they are in a state of rapture! ha ha

They just look like they are ready to say just add a little more hot water pleeeeease... lovely!

The otehr funny noise they make is the welcoming noise which sound just like ulooooooooo...which is really funny as I cant resist shouting huloooo back ha ha

one of mine does a really funny noise every so often; usually when she's preening herself - kind of nasal wa-wa-wa. i always think it's more a noise a duck or a goose should make.

daisy never seems to do it, only dora!
