Just wondering if it would be a good idea to grow chinese cabbage like Pak Choi or Yuki in between my sweetcorn?

Have read that it bolts quickly if it's hot so thought maybe the shade might help prevent it.

Also could cauli grow in there coz I think I read that doesn't like too much sun either?

Anything else that can go in the shade or grow before the corn is high up?  Little gems maybe?

Thinking out loud here : If you are growing corn closely there will be some shade but no room for planting. If you are growing them further apart there will be very little shade

How would you get between the corn to harvest?

Cauli's are big plants  :blink:

Lettuce around the outside edges would work

Personally I would not grow anything in the sweetcorn.

I've found in the past that even weed growth is inhibited.

i have to say that i tried growing chinese cabbage last year -  but they didn't hart up and the leaves where prickly.

Same here mate I later found out that you need to tie the leaves up with string to give them that bullet type shape you get in the shops!!
