Sorry, question about poo and how much to feed the chickens

Hen poo is positive joy to behold as compared to the "presents" left by my peacocks who just love to sit on the windowsills and watch us inside...whilst they watch...they poo...yes they do big poo and it's hard to clear until it's set so has to stay there a few days!! They seem to love the patio table and chairs as well!
