As long as the bulb itself wasn't ripped apart, the lily will still grow.
To repair itself this year, it will put out only a few leaves for feeding, no flower, but should recover by next year. Suggest you give them a nice compost/rotted manure mulch but don't let it touch the stems at all, and water.
Perhaps next year, a stick in each corner and some poultry netting to stop nibbling?
