Same here, planted 6 canes about 6 weeks ago and so far all still look like twigs!

I am not convinced on the scratch and see of green method, I did this about 8 weeks ago with a redcurrant I got reduced from Homebase, it was not green it looked dehydrated and a whitey brown colour, as dead as it could look really. I left it in a corner of the garden in its pot, noticed it yesterday and it has started to grow lovely green foliage.
Same thing with a blackcurrant I got reduced did the scratch method seemed dead, left it where it was that to has  started to grow.........

Hope this helps - the answer I believe is patience. I too had a similar issue but planted my summer one on 15 March and the autumn ones 1 April. The pictures show the difference - the summer ones are just starting to show new growth.

My summer raspberries are now coming to life, patience is definitely the key it seems.
