Just a thought

Hi all, I went along to my local market today to buy some meal worms and various other treats for my chickens, as they are cheaper than my local garden centre and pet shop.  It occured to me that I don't know what ingredients are actually in these products as they are sold loose and the stall holder didn't seem to know either.  As I'm eating the eggs obviously it is something that I'm concerned about.  Am I being paranoid?
