Jasmine flowers not opening

I'm no houseplant expert, but I can pass this on as we had a customer with the same problem and this is what our houseplant lady advised.

Plant needs decent light but not direct sunlight.
They are sensitive to high temperatures and lack of humidity - these can dry the flowers out and effectively seal them shut.
A cool room is better and definately well away from radiators or heaters.
Mist well or sit in a gravel filled saucer that you can fill with water to increase humidity.
