can i plant out under debris netting now?

i was wondering if i could plant out calabrese under debris netting now.  my plants are outside in my plastic greenhouse they are about 5 inches high.  does debris netting keep them safe from frost like fleece? (my netting is the sort builders use). i want the space in my little greenhouse for sowing runners and dwarf french beans in pots for going outside at the start of june. im still new to all this and there seems so much to plan ahead for at this time of year.

thanks DD, right i will harden them off and then out they go (in their special brassica bed, beaten with the back of spade, lol, very hard work!).

now to my beans, when would you say the right time to plant them in pots is DD, to make sturdy plants for going out on plot early june ??
