Good Q, I have 5 bags of the stuff (25kl each) I put some in a bucket to dissolve, it will eventually, so I can use it as a liquid feed as well, its meant to be good stuff, as far as I know its OK with almost everything that likes manure

Water it down until it is the colour of 'light straw'.   Spraying it on too strong may do some damage to the leaves.   ::)   Cheers,     Tony.

Yea i was diluting it to weak tea.... it looked too strong with the small amount of water i had in the bucket to dissolve it, i put about 4lt in a 50lt drum, and it looks fine now, stinks though!!

how long does it take to melt down so that it is usable and do you need to cover the container?
i have only got about a carrier bag full that we picked up when out for a walk at the beech, would this be enough to bother with for now until i get some more and if so roughly how much water would you advise to put it in?
its all new to me. ;)
these 2 take all my time, whatever is left the veggies get, poor hubby is at the end of the queue.

Well the stuff I have just doesn't seem to want to dissolve... months it takes, I just put about 10 big handfuls in to a trade paint bucket, and give it a stir now and then, and then scoop off the water in 1/2 lt water bottles with a screw cap, then fill the bucket up again with water, and let it do its thing again, give it a stir now and then, and just keep doing it that way
