I've looked it up, Alkanet is of the Borage family, so I'm not that wrong!

Although it's invasive it's pretty and attracts the early bees and insects.......

We let it grow down one side of our front fence (our side

) as the caterpillars of rthe Scarlet Tiger Moth feed on it: we have a large local population now
