How do you manage a 4 hour rain free period in Manchester though!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

It maybe dry for the next X amount of days, but we're still getting/forecasting frosts.

How does it work then, once the frost thaws, and the damp's about, does it still work?

Yes it just has to be dry for 4/6hours following application. So it's a good idea to put i ton in the morning if its forecast too be dry all day, even if a frost is forecast.

Needs to be sprayed on dry foliage, otherwise it will dilute and then run off, then not rain for the next 4 hours at least.

Thought it needed a longer treatment period.

It's only a few hours, but I'm sure Snowdrops will let us know.

No for me.

I was tempted once so I did a small amount of research.

We've been told it is safe, but it has been banned in Denmark and in Australia they discovered it is entering the water supply/rivers so they have banned its use near waterways.

Apparently it does not 'break down naturally' as it claims, but recent studies suggest it actually attaches itself to minerals in the soil - when these are washed out the glysophate goes with them.

Up to you.

Could you post the research/study links so we can all read them please. :)
