Brussels Sprout-Rabbit Damage
« on: March 14, 2012, 20:11 »
My Brussels Sprouts were thriving until December when they were reduced to stalks, I think by rabbits. Having fenced off the area and written off the sprouts I was surprised to see the stalks producing vigorous new growth. I guess it's unlikely but I thought I would ask before rooting them up - might they go on to produce buds?

I would say if you have the space to keep them you will lose nothing by seeing what happens, even if they are not tight buds you can eat the leaves.
