Why don't you try a Pilati course?   It can work wonders with the right guidance.

I used to do pilates - right after bodypump. Been a bit of a gym freak in the past :oops:

I should go back soon. Gardening is great exercise, but after doing all that hard work, the muscles meed stretching, and I tend to forget, just like most gardeners do :!:

NHS has got some very good physiotherapists you just gotta be so lucky.
