do they have a contact phone number? like munty said you might get better results if you phone them up - a phone call tends to speed those kinds of thing up

well

it was the 5th of october i ordered my bits and they came today!

its shocking! the quality isnt great or the size i was told they would be

oh and the funny bit is they even had the wrong name on the box but the right address :roll:

never again.

What did you buy Nathan?

had some hebes, gooseberrys for someone else and my blackberrys

hebes are half dead, blackberrys are all diffrent sizes 2 are very small one is double size but all look battered about

gooseberrys, some of the branchs are snaped off and there is lots of dammage like snaped off thorns ect look very abused

you should take photos of it nathan and then email them to the company -- you should get your money back or a replacement order...

i just want quality goods not money back, im sure they will be ok but its not the point
