Hello Everyone....new here!

I have plans to go and live in Thailand and needing something to do, looking at various agricultural projects on how to earn a living. This is also to include vegetables as I have noticed that lots of vegetables are not grown there that I believe could be grown.
A recent one noticed, is that of Artichokes, to which studies are being conducted there, to produce ethonol from this. This veg is not known within Thailand, but I think that it could be an ideal one to grow there. The obvious problem perhaps, is the temperature. My question please then:- Is there anyone out there who has experience, knowhow and how best to grow Artichokes (and best variety) in hot climates?
The reason is that I notice that they are grown successfully in Peru, Egypt, Spain etc

hi phil i presume you mean jerusalem artichokes ( there are two types jerusalem and globe), if you are then from what ive heard they grow everywhere.
