A bit of advice on apple cider vinegar please
I have had conflicting advice and am now confused :blink: is it added every day or only occassionally.

I am in the process of tackling sour crop in my girl Treacle and have been advised yog with probiotics and ACV,the yog I add to a few pellets and they all enjoy it so all benefit.

I have several drinkers and only one with ACV in it, another with garlic and a couple with just plain water so they have a choice.

The perfect answer from joyful,mine have it everday. I add one teaspoon full of A.C.V. to every gallon of water and give them a choice.
As for sour crop, only had it once in one hen due to my own stupidity,TO MANY TREATS, I tipped the hen upside down to release the fluid,which stank. Gave it a small dose of olive oil and left it 5mins. Massaged its crop, and once again tipped the hen upside down to release any more fluid then left it alone. The next day she was fine,the following day she was back to her normal self.
