That will keep you busy. :D Personally, if I was growing only one lettuce - and I do, it would be litle gem. Don't let that put you off though as I have no experience of growing iceberg. :)

Correct spelling mistake. :)

Little gem are my number one as well - much faster maturing than iceberg. I really do suggest you make room for a few - you'll find a lot of "own brand" seeds for  them that are cheap enough.

Oh - where's the peas?
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Another vote for Little Gem - last year they put up with being sown a bit too thickly in a row and when I finally got round to giving some of them some space the remainder made excellent "cut-and-come-again" leaves and the others made great little lettuces which were very slow to bolt.

Not particularly fond of mustard-type salad mixes - for me they seem to run to seed almost immediately so I don't get much off them.

An impressive list though - you're going to be busy!  :)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

There's a sugarsnap in there DD... or doesn't that count?

Nice list jjlittle. Makes me feel better about mine, which is getting a little shocking in the length department.
Not growing potatoes then?

Maybe not. Nor green manures. He has a half plot, you see. ;)

That's just masquerading as a pea.
