Kalanchoe
« on: January 26, 2012, 10:30 »
Hi

I have a 4 yr old Kalanchoe (orange flowering )growing in a pot on a north facing windowsill.

It started off as a 6inch pot plant is about 2ft high and 5ft across supported with string to the window frame. Was decorated this year as a Christmas tree!

It has new growth on it which appears to come throughout the year.It is in a 8inch pot(should I repot)

Would I be able to take cuttings from it,and what  is the best way of doing this

Thanks

Carl

These instructions seem to be quite clear:

:)

There are also clips on YouTube - search "kalanchoe cuttings" -  if you prefer to watch a short film.

Good news carl. :) I used to have a Kalanchoe years ago, when I was a kid. Nice plant! :D
