can i put  chicken muck mixed with wood shaving straight on the alloment to wash in during winter. ???

I would be nervous to do that - raw chicken muck is pretty strong stuff, and un-rotted wood will (apparently, so I've read) use up nutrients from the soil whilst they break down. But a really winning combination for the compost heap, or if you allow them to rot down together for a while and THEN put them on!

I chucked mine in a builders rubble sack or in the compost bin. Once the rubble sack was full of the muck and bedding (Aubiose or Hemcore) I planted garlic in it.   It had time to age though over the winter so was not as potent  :)
