Hi thanks for that, when I go into paint, how do I resize?  there is a menu that states size/skew, and is set at 100%.  Should i change these to 60% approx.? I am hopeless at the technical side of things.  I like the idea of using Paiht as very straightforward!

Try 60 % as a starting point and then re-save the pic as with "rs" in the name so you know it is the re-sized file. then on the bottom bar of the screen you will see the file size ... make sure it's below 128kb and then it is the right size to upload. if it is still too big open the original and then re-size to say 65% and resave again. Do this till you have the right size..

Pallets are fine, Amanda, but rather have 2 built than one, if you can. ;)

And depending on the water availability on your site, you might think of looking around for more water buts and connecting them to your shed roof.

Securing some good manure supply can be harder than one would think. Ask around on the site.

Buying seeds, now that's dead easy.

And there are topics on the top of this section, which are in fact potato and tomato popularity polls, they might help with your choices.

Hi Amanda,
I'm a beginner too and probably know less than you
Excellent first post as you've asked a lot of questions pertinent to me
I've had a look at Growveg and think their site is excellent for the novice and I'm going to use their planner to plan out my plot.I has all the info you could need and is worth a look.
It's better to burn out than to fade away !!     ;)
