Bare Root Crab Apple Arriving Today! :-D

Hi all, my crab apple is arriving today (excited!) but I don't have the energy to start digging holes.    Will it be ok if I stick it in a pot with some compost and wrap the pot in bubble-wrap until spring?

Yes, just make sure it's big enough and that you don't forget to keep an eye on watering throughout the winter season.  Just because it's cold doesn't mean it's necessarily wet.
