Did anyone see the Ayam Cemani in the latest edition of Practical Poultry? What an amazing bird - it's totally black and even has a black tongue, black skin, meat and bones! If it was a table bird how on earth would you know it was cooked properly?

I'm curious to know the egg colour but not mentioned in Wikipedia either.
