i have red mite again and i think its annoying me more than it is my ladys does any one know of a surefire way to get rid of them

Poultry Shield for the mites in the house and Diatom for the birds.

Hi, try "Diatom Slurry" in the search box, plenty of advice on this subject.
I'd recommend the slurry certainly worked for me, good luck
