Apple tree

Hi
My russett apple tree has just started to blossom is this normal. (the tree is only one year old and is planted with 5 other types of apple trees whis have fruited)

the weird weather has confused it, some on our site are doing the same thing

Hopefully they will sort themselves out and flower again after the winter.
