rosehip jam

Hi my friend is after a recipe for rosehip jam with apples, I didnt even know you could make jam from rosehips.
I dont suppose anyone has any ideas?

Oh, that's just reminded me, thanks melfon! Lovely jam they make, I do not put apples in either. But as far as I know you need a frost on them first.
