concerned about my hen

Can you get someone to hold her whilst you feel very gently under her abdomen for any egg shaped lumps or swelling. It could be she has an egg stuck or a waddle could be a sign of egg peritonitis. If you think you feel an egg, place her in a bath of warm water for 20 minutes as she may have cramp and have an egg stuck. The warm water should ease the cramp and allow her to lay. Be sure to dry her off completely (with a hair drier on its lowest heat setting). If you can't feel anything, it's best to take her to a vet as she may have peritonitis which if left untreated may kill the hen.
