my butternut squaash plants have grown really well,loads of fruits on them but a lot of them are spllitting,
any one know why please,i havent had this problem before.

did they start splitting after rain? a sudden increase in moisture at the roots can make them split

yes thy did .we had a few heavy down falls here in hants the last week
