Rosella - Hibiscus sabdariffa seeds - located and arrived

Had some Rosella seeds arrive that I found through a forum in USA today... My father grew a few Rosella plants each year many years ago on our farm in Zimbabwe so I must keep it going... I can't wait to grow them in my rooftop greenhouse next year and make Rosella Jelly and Jam - bring on the Mutton roast!!!

...Rosella in one greenhouse and GemSquash in the other... Is this Africa or Manchester?


ps. and I've planted a Quince tree for jam making as well!!   

Its basically the flower / pod about 3 weeks after its flowered - very simple ... just pick, boul a bit, strain, add sugar and a bit of lemon juice or pectin and coock up a bit more then bottle as fantastic jelly to accompany most meat dishes or on toast!!.. Well thats how I remember my dad doing it...
