storing chopped veg

am planning on doing a slow cooker casserole tomorrow, if i chop veggies(tatties and carrot) in tupperwqare in fridge will they be ok or is it best to chop in morning? have early start so need try have everything ready to throw in pot.

They'll be fine in the fridge if you close wrap them.

Potatoes might discolour slightly so I'd leave them out, ready chopped, in a bowl of cold salty water  :D
