Lice

Since about May, two of our chickens have been losing feathers, exposing neon pink skin.

We thought it might be a long moult at first but I don't think the moulting process takes this long.

Could it be lice? If it's lice then our three other chickens are unaffected by it. Is it possible for some chickens to get lice but not others?
