Ducks and Guinea Fowl

Hello,

my aunt and I are considering a joint venture raising some ducks and guinea fowl for meat.  Although I have bantams for eggs I have never looked after either ducks or guinea fowl and any advice would be welcome. 

Can we keep ducks and guinea fowl together?

I have read about ducks and hens together but when you add guinea fowl it may cause problems.  Would it be better to keep one lot separate and one with the (full size) hens.

Would they need separate accommodation?

I have read that ducks can be quite messy - more so than hens - and that guinea fowl are noisy and fly up into the trees.  What other things would I need to be aware of?
