My SIL texted me to say she has curled leaves with brown spots on the underside of the leaves on her raspberry plant and hoped that I knew what it was. I have not got a clue, can any one help please.

Is it rust?

I have not seen it, only got the same description as I posted on here. So I have no idea really. The brown spots on the underside of the leaf made me wonder if there was more than one problem.
