Bell-Pepper Toppepo Rosso anyone?
« on: July 29, 2011, 20:01 »
I am currently growing from seed Toppepo Rosso capsicums in the polytunnel. All seems to be going well with a few ups and downs like excessive heat or draughts but I have 6 plants with flowers and fruit. They are in large pots with medium/neutral compost. I am feeding the with Chilli focus feed.

Should any one have any tips or advice on this or other bell peppers I would be grateful.

I find peppers like a bit of shade each day, and they definitely like lots of water on a regular basis, no sporadic waterings.

Rather than all purpose fertilizer you're better off with a tomato fertilizer which will help set more flowers and fruit
