Caulis going pink!

Started picking my beautiful huge cauliflowers last week but some still in the ground have started turning pink. Could this be down to a pest? Not had any signs in the ones I've picked already as yet.

Will it affect the taste? Is it just part of the growing process?

Any ideas?
