Fastest bolt on record

I planted out my pak choi less than two weeks ago, and they've already got flowers on them. That's ridiculous! According to the seed packet they can be sown any time up to August. What's caused this to happen so fast?

Happened to me too....pak choi sprinters! Hardly any leaf.....
