I wouldn't because rhubarb leaves just keep getting larger and larger over time and will quickly swamp your strawbs, which definitely need maximum light and not be squashed under rhubarb leaves.

My strawbs and Rhubarb are next to each other and it doesn't appear to bother either, however the warning about Rhubarb getting bigger is worth noting, leave a bit of growing room
