Hi, my sprouts are shooting up and growing really well considering they're in a large container. They're about 2 foot now.

BUT the leaves are soooo big and are covering up other veggie growth.

Is it ok to cut back some of the leaves that shadow the other veg?

Never grown them before and not sure how they grow etc....

Cut off the leaves, you cut off the food supply.

I'm afraid it's going to be your choice between the sprouts and the other veg.

Ensure they are well supported with canes and stuff.  It's a shame to see them falling over.    Cheers,   Tony.

How big a pot is sufficient to grow them in ... i only have a small garden which is currently being used...i have 3 sprouts in flower buckets (the type flowers in asda are stored in but ive drilled holes in the bottom) 10 litres i think they are...
i could pull my remaining lettuce to make space for them...
