Hoe Hoe indeed :D
Spent two hours yesterday evening weilding No 1 hoe, tiring , but it felt good slicing the little green beggars and the plot looked good after.
Went today to put in some more radish, the neighbourhood cats must have been storing it up waiting for the ground to dry, five piles of disgusting s**t removed!

Think upon weeds as a way of making compost  :D

I quite like the idea of the tool on the previous post.  Does anyone have any other tools that are good for this job

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned the Swoe yet.

Here's a selection that is more specific to the job:
http://hoecollection.blogspot.com/2006/06/entire-hoe-collection.html

I've just picked up an ancient small bladed, long-handled hoe which will be excellent for getting between plants once the blade is sharpened. This hoe was obviously well loved and well used.
