When is the best time for me to transplant them into their final quarters from their seed bed?
The plants are approx 8 inches high and very healthy.

Thanks

Mine are massive, but haven't sprouted yet. Do I have to put more in now then to get another lot the year after?

no they will come good ,when the start to flower you pick thehm by nipping em at the base close to the main stem .keep picking ,if you let the flowers open fully then you have lost it .. all the green can be eaten
