MAKING MY OWN LIQUID FERTILISER ???

i punched holes in a sack and quarter filled it with kitchen waste and all manner of leaves and trimmings from my plot then soaked it in a bin full of water for several weeks, i intend to use it on the plot, will this be ok ???

It's ok, but it's a lot of effort to go to for very little benefit as I doubt there's many nutrients in it. Why not just compost the stuff?

That's the prinicple for doing horse & sheep manure etc., not vegetable matter.

If you then wanted a liquid you could do what you have done but use a quarter sack of the composted material which will have composted down and concentrated the nutients so the liquid should be stronger.
