hello everyone im thinking of taking another plot it is very overgrown so am thinking of just spraying it and leaving it to die of before i do anything is this the right move or not

If you are just going to leave it for a while, you could maybe cover it instead of spraying. Old cardboard weighted down, weed suppresant membrane or black plasitc sheeting does the trick.

Just cut down the biggest stuff first, and don't poke holes in the covering  ;)

Strim it first, leave for 2 weeks so weeds can start growing then spray and leave for 3/4 weeks.
As its your second plot, I'd then dig it over, leave for 2 more weeks the spray again.
