Is it worth taking the tops from the odd few plants which are bolting?

you can try, hoping new ones will grow. just need to make sure you water the soil around the brocoli to keep it cool so it won't bolt. not sure though now that it bolted and it will carry on bolting.

Sorry to re-live a post a few days on, but we tried out the tops (the one's which hadn't gone to flower), yesterday, and they tasted fantastic!

I think DD had an answer somewhere, but cannot find it now! It was something to do with what type the plants were DD?
