can any one help i have a sick chicken she has a cream /yellow discharge coming from her back end and it is open she is eating and drinking but very quite and hunched up.

Could she have a broken egg inside her? Hopefully someone with more knowledge will be along shortly with better aadvice!

6girls, that doesn't sound good - it sounds to me like your hen is very sick and needs vet treatment as soon as possible.

hi my little florence has seen the vet and she has had lots of injections and he will see her again tomorrow so fingers crossed ahe will be ok ]

Excellent decision! Well done - I'm so pleased to hear you took quick action and got treatment for Florence. Did the vet say what is wrong? Are the injections high-dose antibiotics?
