Cucumber shaper

Cucumber shaper

We have had our 4-5th cucumber and thought about shapes for the children £60 for 2 plastic tubes  :nowink:anyone got any ideas on how we can shape them much cheaper.

I have some heart-shaped cucumber shapers from Japan (I think). Cost a fortune, and are very narrow-bore for cucumbers varieties we grow here.  But it was fun!

Key thing is getting the fruit out, of course. These had sophisticated hinges and "latches" to hold them shut ...
