Which 1 veg would you always grow?

If you had to chose, which 1 veg would you always grow?

For me it would be tomatoes specifically Gardners Delight (growing sungold for the first time this year so that could change)

I would say tomatoes, but strictly speaking they are not a veg!

So I'll say Runner Beans!

But I couldn't say one particular type of tomato as there are so many! I love Gardeners delight too, and am also grwing some Sungold and Sunbaby this year, and a few years ago I grew a yellow plum cherry sized, but I can't remember what it was called.

it's a difficult one to choose as I like variety - I'm also mentally pondering ... if we got blight then bang goes the tomato or the potato harvest, if we got a plague of ....

In the perfect world where nothing goes wrong, it would have to be
