Our runner bean plants are about finnished, can the chickens eat the leaves or are the poisonous?
When the chickens are roaming in the garden they have never shown any interest in them. Is that because the can't eat them or that there was just better things to eat in the garden?

If you've got whisky, it is easy to barter to get chickens.  Not quite so easy the other way around.

Hhm, not tried making whiskey as yet, but have brewed some pretty good beer.

Would need good sized copper still, yet still small enough to handle just a few gallons.

And I like the smoky malts from Isla so need to replicate this process.

Suppose I would need a few sherry barrells to mature it in, anyone got any spare?

And a name - what would Y' call a whiskey brewed by a Yorky living in Lancashire.

Irish or Canadian.  There is no 'e' in Scotch whisky!
