GROWTH ON MY CHICKS BUM!

Hi
hope someone can help.

My 8 week old buff orpington has a growth just below her vent, she has no feathers growing on it and its looking quite red, does anyone have any ideas what it could be? should i get her to the vets or is there something I can do to remedy it?

Is it a tick? Can you get a photo of it? Though if it's red and saw looking, you'd probably best be getting her to a vet.

Use purple spray on the red lump, to discourage the others from pecking the area.
Agree, check with vet if it's not a tick.
