If they have hatched in an incubator I would wait for all to have hatched and dried out before opening the incubator. They can then be gently lifted out and put under a lamp. :)

They are hatched with enough for food for about 48 hours. Of course not all eggs may hatch and it is a judgement call as to how long you leave the other eggs and it is not an exact science. I'm sure even our most experienced members will tell you they have got it wrong. Opening the incubator can cause trauma to newly hatched and still wet chicks and to eggs which are in the process of hatching. :(
