sowed seeds out side in to the grand about 2 weeks now but still no show how can i till wot going on

You could try using a finger to gently move aside some of the soil covering them and with any luck you'll find a curved, pale shoot about to reach the surface, in which case all is well.

If not you could delve down a bit further and try to find a few of the seeds; they could have started to rot in which case I would also suggest sowing some more indoors (always more reliable than outside where, as Yorkie says, they are vulnerable to slugs amongst other things.)
