spinach flowering

spinach flowering

some of my spinach is flowering is it bolting and if yes what can i do if anything?
they are a little small to be ready to eat...

There have been several threads on this in the last day or so.

Nothing you can do now they've started to bolt.  You may rescue some of the leaves without them being bitter, but pull it out and start again.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
